1. one of the most common is separation between you and another Christian. Example Mark 11:22- 23 but it is the scriptures right after it that define what to do to have the blessing. Look at 24 & 25. If not done there is your blessing blocker.

2. examine yourself to see if your are in the faith. The word talks about judging yourself. example II Cor 13.5a. Judge yourself, I Cor 11:31. This is not salvation but if you have gone against the law of Love which is #1 to the Father as stated by Jesus himself that all the commandments were in the first two commandments. Love God with all your heart, soul your strength and all that is within you and love your neighbor as yourself. You must love yourself too. We all must walk carefully in this.

3. Obedience (Romans 14.22 Isa. 1:19

4. Not honoring parents Mark 12:30-31 Ephesians 6

5. Hate a destructive force(self-pity) vs. Love the creative force.

6. condemnation Jn. 3:17 rom. 1:8

7. Prejudice 1john 2:9-12

8. Doubt and unbelief anxiety, opposite of trust

prayer of doubt negates prayer of faith James 5:15 God calls it an evil heart of unbelief Hebrews 3:12

Hebrews 11:6 talks about faith that it is the only way to please God.

9. Unrepeated sin which is so easy to get remedied with 1john 1:9

10. Praying correctly-there is a divine order

A. enter into his gates with thanks giving and into his courts with praise Psalms 100:4 also in the Lord's prayer we see Jesus using this same example. So, being thankful first and praising God is first.

B. Then present you requests using the word of God to remind God of what his word says about the situation. Know your WORD! Psalms 119:11 Psalms 119:5 opposite not using God's word Proverbs 28:9.

11. Robbing God of Tithes as in Mal. 3:8-10 This is lack of faith and trust in the father God and disobedience to the word. The Word says God is not mocked whatsoever you so you are going to reap.

12. conditions= God will help you out of them but it takes faith and patience. The power twins for answered prayer. You must spend time in the word and in prayer to get the wisdom of God on it.

In order to hear from God it will take time. Make time for God during your day to get his wisdom on the subject if you need it as for confirmation

HI ALL, WELL it happened again. As you all know I do Home Loans. It was sad to see someone who wanted to purchase a home and could not because of bad credit or credit scores too low from old bad credit. Now for the tip of saving.

Saving money to put into your pocket instead of someone elses is always the best way of saving.

If it's utilities, or groceries, or gas or anything you purchase most of the time.

Start rebating. I see that PUD is still giving rebates for appliances that have been purchased.

When you purchase anything (ON SALE) and find it for less somewhere else see if the place you
purchased the item from will match the on sale item from somewhere else. There are many stores who will just to keep you business. If you get a rebate on the item later that is even better. On that particular manufacture go to the website to see if there may be a rebate, it is always good to check.

Always look at your receipts.

When shopping always look at your receipts and make sure they are right. That all your coupons have been taken off of your bill properly. I have found many mistakes from every store that I have been to. Either I thought that I had the proper coupon for the item purchased or I may have forgotten it or the cashier did not give me credit. Don't let the cashier forget your bag credit either if the store gives you one.

Look to see if you do a survey what you may get. Some stores give a percentage off if you take the survey or you may win a prize or some food item with a code when you return to the store.

Never forget your rain checks. They save you more sometimes than when you would have purchased the product when it was on sale and it was not there and that caused you to get the rain check in the first place.

My husband and I really work on this together.

Do not hesitate to take things back. Make sure you save your receipts and the box or container it came in if you can. You have 90 days most of the time but know that stores return policy. I save receipts in a container and have them availible to go through if I need to. I did that this last week and got back over $400.00 in what I took back all together. I got some on my credit cards back and some in a certificate from the store. I then purchased stuff on sale with the certificate and it did not cost me any more than what was on the certificate.

Now when I go to the store I take my coupons or cents off or percentages off certificates. I went to another store this week and got clearence items and used my percentage off certificates on each item and saved on top of the clearence item 20% off each item with my certificates all together and it saved me $10.00 more.

Try to have a coupon buddy who will trade with you. I am always giving coupons that I don't use away. I have a person who gives to me what they don't use. It is fun and a way to save money. I am going to try and finish this blog today. You all know I am not the best blogger in the whole world.

I was stating never have a credit card you cannot get somethig from the actual card granter in return.

When you are getting goods and services go back through all your services such as who is running your web, cell phones,t.v. lines, home phones, and see if they are chanrging your correctly. Then see if that particular service fits what you are doing now. You need to edit all of thesetype of services. There are even more if you use the web a lot such as e-fax and e-ring, my computer works, and so many other services too numerous to mention. Since you pay for these you need to monitor to see if this is going to be what you need now. I had to do that just this last week.

I am still trying to figure out what vitamins and health products that are best for me. There is so much out there and of course everyone says theirs is the best. For price and quality it is a tough choice to make.
I am still doing reserch on that. I will let you know what I find.

Eating out can be a big money taker for a big bunch of nothing.

My suggestion: Learn how to program your oven. It is still cold so that is still a good way to go.
I put my meal together like if it is a cassarole or a baked meat item and then program my oven to come on at a certain time. When I get home it is done and I am just about ready to serve. I just make sure it is covered so if I make it back home a little late it does not get over done or burn. I set the table and hey everyone eats a home cooked meal and I save money.
You not only save money; you know what has gone into that meal your eating more,than if you eat out. I can control the salt and msg's and other fillers. Home is a much better place to eat than at some fast food place. Then it makes the fast food place be an occasional fun thing to do. By the way, I have coupons for the fast food place and can use them then.
As MOM's we need to be wise on our purchases.

I want to give you another secret on saving money TALK TO GOD ABOUT IT!
He can get it to you in your price range! If zero is your price range then he can get it to you that way.
I could go on and on with that one and how GOD would get me my needs and desires at my price range at the time and it was (0) zero. FREE! That way I did not need to go into debt for it.
God is a great giver and he will give and give and give to you and all you need to do is recieve,recieve,recieve.
Please remember to walk in Love. Love is the key to walking in Gods' way of doing things. Faith always is the thing that goes through with patience keeping you steady. In the Kingdom of God you never stand still.
Ask the father for Wise ways of doing things. Not everything has been thought of yet and you might just be the person to think of the yet not thought of thing that helps everyone else out. Someone had to think of the sleeves on hot paper coffee cups. It might as well be you to think of something great.

This is my first blog but I have a lot to say on coupons and rebates and any tool that helps you pay less at the store. Wouldn't it be great if you could go all over and get everything for less? WELL I DO!

WANT TO KNOW HOW?

GOD! That's right GOD! He is the best money saver and the biggest money spender I ever came accross.   I ask him for help in all of my purchases and he does.

I clip coupons ad 20%,10% and so on and get all the coupons that I can. Then I decide if it is worth it. I figure my time and gas.
If there is a deal I figure if it will pay me how much it is where the locations are and so on.

I always use my credit cards since they give me something in return. Airlines tickets, cash back hotels. It is great to go to price line and get a deal for rooms or a rental car and then fly there for free. That is what we did on this last trip to GA. We flew for free and got a car at $100.00 for the we through price line and got hotel rooms for $34.00 a night.  Breakfast was free and we ate a good one. We picked up fruit from the local store and deli chicken. The room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. The trip was put on a credit card that will pay me to use all the items that I purchased.

When I grocery shop I try to use a store that is right on the way home from work. There are at least 3 for me. It also gives me a discount on gas. I use one of my cents off credit cards for that store. When I purchase so much money in groceries (who doesn't) I get 10 cents off per gallon. I try to multiply my savings while spending.

NEVER,NEVER NEVER

have a credit card that does not give you something in return.

I have started to get coupons from up on line. The draw back is that your store may not take them. So, make sure that if you use them you go to a store that will let you use them. Since I go wvery week to the same store or stores they get to know you and the store will usually not question those coupons at all.
I try and get the cashiers to know who I am so that I do not have problems at all in the cash out line.

Coupons are great and when your grocery cooperates with sale items at the same time it works very well.

I try to see if any store is having a remodle sale or things like that. They ususally give extra coupons for thier store inside the store. I know that I got a special card for 10% extra off of my grocery bill when I use my store card and all my coupons and thier coupons on the same item. It is like triple coupons. I still pay with one of my credit cards that gives me something in return.

I am also planting two cherry trees and two apple trees and two blueberry trees this year. I have a feeling that fruit is going to go up and up. Tomatoes and green peppers in my planting pots less flowers. I think that as time goes on we are going to pay more for our food and consumer items. If I grow most of my fruit then I consintrate on other things at the store besides fruit.

That reminds me of my renters who have moved into one of my rentals in order to be closer to thier work. LESS GAS COST. What are you doing to save on Gas? Are you riding your bikes or walking more? Great excersize! Next time I hope to concentrate on that.

What's the bible say about money?

If you think money is the root of all evil, then you may have a distorted view of biblical finances. On the other hand, if you think personal riches are evidence of God's blessing, then you may have a distorted view of biblical finances.

Down through history Christians have often clung to one extreme or the other. Some teaching that poverty is a sign of devotion to God while others teach that Gods blessings can be measured by the size of your bank account. So which is it? Both of these extremes may be supported by emphasizing some scriptures while ignoring others. I believe the God intends us to take a more balanced view, and learn to trust Him in whatever state you find yourself. Paul put it this way (sort of): I've been rich, and I've been poor, and I've learned to be content in either situation.

Philippians 4:11-12 says: ".for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need."

He expounds on the thought in his letter to Timothy:

6But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

1 Timothy 6:6-8

Paul's message is clear: be happy with what you have. Don't fret over what you don't have, and don't be afraid to lose what you do have. The one thing that is sure is that things will change, so roll with the punches, be able to live with a lot or a little. Find your joy, peace and fulfillment apart from riches. Find it in your relationships: with God, with your family, friends, and the world. Does this mean that money isn't important? Of course not. The Bible has lots of things to say about earning money, saving it, borrowing it, spending it and lending it, but I think the most important thing is that we get the right attitude towards it. Money is just a tool. In order to get the best use of the that tool you need to know how to earn it, how to take care of it and how to use it wisely.

Each of the following principles could fill a book, so I'll just list some quick thoughts on them:

If you are an employee, work hard for your boss, work as though you report directly to Jesus. (After all, you do.)

If you are an employer, treat your employees fairly and well. The Bible says "don't muzzle the ox that tramples out your corn." That means to let your employees enjoy some of the fruits of their labors.

Don't get into debt. Now some people take this principle to mean that you should never have any kind of debt, not even a mortgage. I don't believe this. I believe the exception to this is borrowing to gain a large asset such as a home that offsets the debt. I believe this because you can sell the house and pay off the mortgage. However, with credit cards, or even a car loan, you can't just sell what you've bought to pay back the debt, you will still have debt left over.

If you do have debt, make your payments on time and pay it off.

Give. Give of your time, talents and money. I personally believe this includes paying tithes. By giving a tenth of your income back to the Lord you are acknowledging his provision for you. You are putting your finances under His authority. Giving is also like sowing financial seeds that will grow up and bear fruit. You actually put God in your debt when you give, and He always pays His debts.

Plan for the future, and live by your plan. In other words, get a budget and live by it. Only by controlling what you spend can you keep more of what you make.

Save a portion of what you make for yourself. Store it up when times are good, so that bad times will not be so hard. Establish a rainy day fund, as well as a good retirement account.

Be wise in your financial decisions. Seek counsel before doing anything major.

Don't gamble. There's a good reason the call Los Vegas "Lost Wages" and "Sin City." The odds all favor the house, and even though you hear about lucky winners, you'll most likely to be one of the losers.

Be honest in all your business dealings. Tell the truth, and deliver on your promises.

And of course: be content.
